I arrived around 1.10 pm. No appointment as this lab advertises to welcome walk-ins. I was told the wait would be 15 or 20 minutes. After 50 minutes waiting, the screen showed that I had 5 more minutes to wait, and I even received a phone message to ensure that I was there. Suddenly, the waiting time changed again to a 53-minute wait without explanation. I have been calling for a week now to ask a simple question; whether or not fasting is required for the blood test I’ve already submitted to them. No one ever answers the phone! A waste of time listening to the very unnecessarily long repetitive recorded directions only for no one to ever pick up the phone! I like to go here because “Mobrat” is absolutely amazing! I love her friendliness, professionalism, calm demeanour and her talent in drawing blood from small veins without ever causing pain or bruising! She’s trustworthy.

Hamdeye was the best ever! my viens are so difficult and i always got many pokes till they are able to get good one but Hamdeye did it first try! i didnt even feel the needle! thank you so much Hamdeya you are the best of the best ❤️she deserves 10 stars!!!⭐️
Went to this location once and never again! So unprofessional and so much confusion! Left and my arm stated pouring blood! Stay away
