This is the most efficiently run laboratory I have ever experienced!
Mebrat is terrific, I'm a little apprehensive about needles but she was fast and efficient. Her warm and calming nature put me at ease. I hope to see her again for my next appointment!
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I used to go to the Orleans location, and they were always so professional and respectful of clients’ time. Unfortunately, this location is completely the opposite. I was told the wait would be about 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 2 and half hours. The two ladies at the front desk were busy talking about ordering inventory in their own language instead of assisting customers. Trying to contact them is equal to that of screaming into The ether, and expecting a response. It's pointless. Edit: The response underneath my review and the email that's attached to it does nothing, point proven even more.
Stittsville location is so slow. Two staff at this location, neither seems to be trying to get through the waiting room of people. It's clear prioritizing patients isn't part of Dynacare's business plan.
