The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the reception area was well-organized and efficient. There’s reliable Wi-Fi and plenty of comfortable seating, which made the wait much easier. I spent about 40 minutes in line, which is quite reasonable given the usual wait times at medical facilities. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit!
The queue is really too long and the staff don't answer calls. I waited a good few minutes in front of a seated staff before they speak to me. I understand that they may be busy, but recognizing the presence of a patient right in front of you is crucial and polite. (Back to good customer service manners).🤗
I have been waiting for a week for my dr. To get my bloodwork, I left 3 emails and phoned everyday with no response
