My overall experience at Dynacare was okay, and the staff experience was fine. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the clinic. The washroom and the clinic floor were not clean at all and looked quite unhygienic. Since this was my first visit, I was honestly surprised by the lack of cleanliness. Cleanliness and hygiene are especially important in a healthcare facility, so I strongly feel this area needs immediate attention and improvement.
No reason to say this place wasn’t good. It was fast and efficient with nice staff. I was there for less than 15 minutes
I went there on Sept 18th , 2026 for some blood work to get allergy test done on dairy and casein. They charged me $26 each, total 52$ and the girl at the reception who took my payment through my credit card said, you have paid, you are all set. She did not give me a receipt. Since they are so busy, I didn't even think of asking for receipt.
