The 5 stars is for Prisca. She was absolutely amazing! Very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable.
The new online booking system is so much worse than the old app…. When I booked it was about a 2 hour wait…. 3 hours later I was 8th in line…. 3 1/2 hours later I was 13th in line 4 hours later I was 4th in line…. Just before I got my text to come on site I lost the link to the website and couldn’t get any more updates on my status. Staff at the Huntclub location are nice, but they are chronically understaffed and overwhelmed
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dynacare. The receptionist was quite rude and lacked basic customer service skills. While checking me in, she kept talking to other patients instead of giving me her full attention. It made the whole process feel unprofessional and disorganized. The receptionist made me feel like I wasn't welcome, which is not how patients should feel when visiting a healthcare facility. I hope this feedback helps improve the level of professionalism and respect shown to future patients.
The online waiting system is flawed, you would be stuck at one number for 45 mins and may see people just walking in and going ahead of you without numbers. Avoid like a plague!
