Came yesterday. Not enuff staff and wait time kept adding time every 15 minutes. Cane today. Staff was late. Wait time was given as 10 mins as I was the 4th thru the door. It is 10 mins and the staff bis not ready to start testing. I will assume from yesterday short of staff and today's late staff it is a management issue instead of a staffing issue
Worst lab ever seen! Seems beginners are working to take blood sample. They pricked me 3 times to take away blood sample. Then they didn’t checked my prescription carefully , so again pricked 4th time with baby needle to take another sample but unfortunately she was unable to withdraw (maybe a beginner). Then She called another person to take sample , finally i was pricked 5th time to give sample which was overlooked!
The Arab lady there has hands of magic! I easily faint and she managed to avoid it.
