This rating doesn’t reflect the nurse- she was AMAZING. So warm and friendly, felt like chatting with a friend. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t believe people were going in there to do urine samples. Toilet paper not on rolls, everyone just touching the loose one sitting out, no paper towels, debris everywhere. The wait was really long too, over an hour or so, and there’s no wifi because you’re in the basement so bring a book!
Frustrating experience with Ottawa Dynacare 2446 Bank Street, the attitude of the staff for the past 3 years was disappointing, each time I take my husband for his blood tests , I guess it would improve , either staff are burned out with no rest o lack of staff or no staff to cover because they dont smile or explain, I am very unhappy .The results are not sent out to the doctor even after 1 week and phones are not being answered.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, over 2 hours wait which kept getting pushed back so I had to cancel, they are well aware their phone does not work for the past year. Says it’s not their problem to fix. The woman at the desk made me wait 5 minutes before she was done something on her computer without communicating she would be with me in a couple of mins or anything my advice even if this is the closest Dynacare DONT come to this one
I had a very frustrating experience during my blood draw appointment. The nurse had difficulty locating a suitable vein, attempting three times on my right arm. Unfortunately, the repeated attempts caused significant discomfort, including sharp pain and numbness in my arm, which was very distressing. After the third attempt, my arm was bleeding and experiencing radiating pain, and I requested assistance from a colleague.
