If you need to fast, GET THERE EXTRA EARLY. Otherwise, you'll be there a while, but this is probably the way it is at other places too. Other than that, things move quickly and staff is courteous and professional.

Confusing appointment process and long wait times. I was told on the phone that we could just show up on the same day, but when I arrived, I was told I needed to book an appointment for another day. On top of that, even with an appointment, people end up waiting anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. The system really needs better organization and clear communication

Pretty happy with this place. Staff are great, waiting is well organized, results are very quick and you can view them yourself online. For Quebec patients with a requisition from a doctor in Ottawa, there's a $30 charge, but I'd rather pay that than try to navigate the more complicated system in Quebec (and then have to wait longer for the results). Now, if your requisition is from a Quebec doctor, you'll have to pay a lot more, so be warned.
