Bonne expérience, système pratique avec durée estimée d’attente sur l’écran et l’alerte par message texte quand votre tour arrive, cela permet de s’organiser pour faire autre chose pendant l’attente. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement 1h de temps dans la rue voisine, donc en s’organisant bien c’est interessant. En plus la prise en charge s’est bien passée. Béatrice a été très douce et très compréhensive pour le prélèvement. Je recommande!
Beatrice was incredible!! I hate getting my blood taken and Beatrice really took her time and got the vein on the first go. She was so great!
Though I used the new online waiting service, I still ended up waiting a maximum of 15 minutes to be seen. However, I was only seen for approximately 5 to 7 minutes to provide a blood sample for my doctor.
I had a good experience yesterday especially with one of staffs, Melanie. She assisted me and make my transaction faster, a very respectful woman. Thank you so much Melanie for your kindness. ,
I’ve been to this clinic a few times and had okay experiences. Today I arrived 70 mins before closing for blood work and I felt like they were really rushing and pricked me a few times and applied the bandage fast and sloppy. This left me badly bruised and I’ve had lots of blood work and never bruised before.
