Said waiting time was 1 hour, ended up waiting for 2.5 hours. Put me in a cubical to wait while serving people that were behind me in line. Use other locations if you can. The nurse was good though.
Yes the wait times can be long but the fact that they text you when your turn is almost next is very convenient! The staff from front to back is always so kind. The woman who did my EKG took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions.
Easy and quick check-in, professional staff, they told me it would be a 28 min wait time but it ended up being a 5min. Thanks to the nurse, I didn't feel anything
Very friendly and efficient location! Today I had to go for bloodwork that required me to wait around and have blood taken multiple times. All the staff were great, all with a sense of humour and a smile to. I highly recommend this location!
Very efficient and friendly staff. No complaints. Though it can get crowded, waiting time doesn't seem to be bad. I had an appointment and I got late. But I didn't have to wait. I had too many tests, at least 15 vials of blood were drawn while fasting, in a span of 2.5 hours. No pain, no inconvenience, the nurses were very professional. Was all good.
