Today at 1:50 pm, I had the worst experience in a Healthcare facility. They struggled to find a vein and had to call 2 persons to extract my blood. Finally, they didn't give me back my health card pretending that I had brought an immigration document (I hope that it is not related to preconceptions). I had to convince them that I gave my health card at the front desk.
Mon amie était très déçu du service. La pauvre dame ne parle pas anglais, et aucun service français. La elle doit essayer de figurer les instructions qui lui on dit. Une place public sans aucun service français. Comment c'est triste.
I had a good experience at this location. The woman at the front desk (I don't remember her name, but it was around 2/3 pm(ish, give or take?) On today's date of Tuesday, March 4, 2025). She was super patient with me. I had a bunch of different requisitions for blood work, and it got confusing, however we got it all sorted out. I went trough 2 different clinic to get my blood done and even the ET had hard time finding my veins. Ann Marie only toke one try to find my veins for my blood. She truly a master at her craft. Thank you Ann, you save me pain and time
