The telephone message is incredibly long. One has to listen to it in English and then in French. Why not give callers the ability to choose English OR French right at the start of the message as is normally the case? It is frustrating to have to listen to these lengthy bilingual messages to reach the point where you have a choice of three options that include directions and opening hours and the one that I assume most people want, the third option, which is to speak to a staff member in person. This is going to be the crappiest place you'd ever want to go and get blood work done they are totally totally unorganized they tell you at the counter you're looking at approximately a 1-hour wait which is fine I noticed my number when I sat down at 47 minutes wait time which is fine I got down to 16 minutes next thing I know I'm back up to 1 hour and 3 minutes I asked the lady what happened she says it's normally a 2-hour wait I then showed my phone which I had the stopwatch and I was over 2 hours which I was still waiting... read more
