I went there about a week ago. The girl who drew my blood pinched a nerve. My hand was paralysed to a point where I couldn’t work after and had to go back. They took zero responsibility. It’s one thing to advise you to go to the emergency room cause it’s a lab, it’s another to joke around it and say “here we only take we don’t give” and “this is very common”. The lab itself is very clean and well-maintained. If you have an appointment, the wait time is typically around 10 minutes, which is quite reasonable. Walk-in wait times can vary depending on how busy it is. The technician who drew my blood was excellent—very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the difference between fasting and non-fasting tests, which I appreciated. This review is for the waste of time over the phone. There is no selection for French or English. So you'll have to listen to both. Then there is a repeating message. What is the point of wasting people's time and having a phone number if there's no one to answer? Worse yet you're not told that there's no one answering phones. Dynacare has the money and resources to fix this. Completely unacceptable in 2025.
The staff in customer service must be polite but the lady answer my phone was rude to me saying she is busy and didn’t talk to me properly even she didn’t want to answer to my question and she hang up on me.
