I have been trying to call and ask a question for one hour… when I got through they hung up before saying anything (not even hi)… only reason I called was because they are the closest and I need it done fast. I went there about a week ago. The girl who drew my blood pinched a nerve. My hand was paralysed to a point where I couldn’t work after and had to go back. They took zero responsibility. It’s one thing to advise you to go to the emergency room cause it’s a lab, it’s another to joke around it and say “here we only take we don’t give” and “this is very common”. The lab itself is very clean and well-maintained. If you have an appointment, the wait time is typically around 10 minutes, which is quite reasonable. Walk-in wait times can vary depending on how busy it is. The technician who drew my blood was excellent—very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the difference between fasting and non-fasting tests, which I appreciated.
