As well as an emergency visit can go. One thing I did not appreciate is the nurse continuing in French even knowing I was English.
Arrive early, even arriving at opening time there was a 30min wait from people already lining up. Also it's paid parking...
Previously this lab was efficient and well managed. Not sure what happened but their system is very defective now. I have been in on numerous occasions and the wait is 2 to 4 hours. If they are consistently backed up like this then , then they need to hire more technicians. The receptionist is rude and unapologetic for their failure to meet the expectation.
