I always visit this Dynacare location for my lab tests. Today Michell took my blood, and she was absolutely wonderful, very kind, and gentle. She made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you.
Today I would have to say, that this place deserve Five stars ⭐️ What an amazing Respectful, and very polite customer service. Waiting time is a bit longer early in the morning but much better from most other places, and it’s very smooth, quick and very caring. All of their Lab technicians are very experienced and extremely skilled. They have always smile on their faces. Very clean and shiny environment. Thank you for being nice and helpful.
5 star to Michelle and Joezett. No appointments needed same day appointment quick and efficient. Thank you for helping me do my blood test.
They probably shouldn’t use a text feature for check in if they’re going to make you sit for 40 minutes before they check you in and put you in the waiting queue. The desk staff have no sense of empathy or urgency in doing their job (as evidenced by every interaction I witnessed during the prolonged wait). Edit to add: It wasn’t a longer than normal wait time.
