The laboratory waiting system is very frustrating. When I checked in they knew I was fasting. 20min later their online checked-in started and they service them before the people who already there and was still waiting. I had to wait over 1hr to get fasting blood draw. I got so dizzy. Avoid this laboratory.

Dr.Li. My daughter went in for an injury sustained at softball today. Asked for an xray and this Doctor apparently doesn’t believe in X-rays. And I’ll quote “well if you want to expose yourself to radiation be my guest”. What in the actual heck?? Very rude and demeaning to her. From minute she walked in to see him. Talked to her like she was stupid. This clinic has always been awesome. Amazing reception always kind and polite Doctors. This is no way reflects on them. This review is SOLELY for Dr.Li. Helpful, professional service.
The service at this location was quick and hassle free. The problem with Dynacare overall is you cannot access your reports through Pocket Health. You have to buy a subscription to a Dynacare plus portal separately for every member of your family and the portal does not work properly. It gets stuck during key steps like identity verification. The customer support take forever to fix your issue.
