Lovely staff and I was out and done I. About 5 mins for my blood work on a Saturday..
this location was really good until recently. They started messing up a lot of things. looks like there are many new people who keep poking and cannot successfully draw blood being pregnant. It's extremely difficult to not get anxious. I recently did a bloodwork and they completely missed half of my test. I tried to call the centre but nobody picks up. I sent an email but nobody responds so the only way to reach out to them is take time off work and go and visit the lab when I submitted my requisition electronically. The per... read more
5 stars because The staff are really nice and courteous. They also attend to people really quickly and make you feel like your case is important. The lab itself is good but the building lobby where the lab is located is dodgy looking. Also the lab is located on the LL level, which is basically the basement level and there is minimal signage.
Noone answers the phone. Employees rude.
