I don’t know what to say, very frustrating and not caring staff, the wait list state 30mins wait and they are wasting time around while people wait for more than 3 hours to get their test, I would never come back to this place never ever again.
Very tired and ignorant staff I went at 330 for blood work Tuesday and teck.told me to come back tomorrow very soar person don't like their job 83 years old lady unacceptable no respect for human beings
I had a great experience here - the virtual line and the quality of care from the professionals was very impressive.
Very poor customer service
This location is always busy. There always seems to be the same 4 technicians working but nothing gets done fast. One tech works a desk, one will draw blood, one is always on break and one is either working the front or doing something in the back. A line of 30 people means an expected wait time of 90 minutes, but in actuality its closer to 150-180 minutes. Be prepared to sit and wait for a long time.
