I had a very frustrating experience at this Dynacare location. There were only 13 people ahead of me, yet I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to have my blood drawn. What makes this even more difficult to understand is that once I was called in, the actual blood draw took less than 2 minutes. There were multiple staff members present, and the procedure itself is clearly very quick. I genuinely cannot understand how wait times can be this long under these circumstances.
