New review Not at all punctual. We checked in online. Got appointment at 1:30, reached here on time. Then learned i am still in waiting list for 20 mts. After 1 hour still waiting for appointment. Still system shows waiting time off 10 mts. To improve service, if you can message 10 minutes before my appointment, I can come at the right time. So the timing need to tracked in better way, Old review The place was quick and efficient when I went. I went just because closing time. They just registered me and in 15 mts I was done.
I've been trying to call regarding the turnaround time for my test results. My clinic only received 1 out of 2 results, and it's been over 2 weeks. Every time I call, it just hangs up. I had a good experience coming in, but I'm disappointed with how hard it is to get more information.
The lab lost my bloodwork — but that’s not the most unprofessional part. I had my blood test done on Monday. By Thursday, I called my doctor, who told me they never received the results. I then called Dynacare the same day, and the person who answered said he could see the results and would send them to my doctor right after our call. Two hours later, I heard back from my doctor — they received a document from the lab stating that the bloodwork could not be located.
Well organised and fast
Waste of time unless you want to wait four hours. The waiting suggested time is a lie, only go if you have an entire day to waste.
