Waste of time unless you want to wait four hours. The waiting suggested time is a lie, only go if you have an entire day to waste.
Customer service, to people who are prone to anxiety, is awful. A woman who acts like she hates you just because of a Quebec health card, makes it worse. On top of that, over $100 just for blood tests, on a mom of 3 with only one income? Come on Dynacare, do better. Ruin a woman's day with extremely unprofessional behaviours and then make her choose between her kids eating or her health. What a messed up world we live in.
This clinic should be walk-in only. Staff were very nice. However, I’ve been to this lab three times as I moved into the area. All three times, I checked in online, arrived before my check-in time, then waited over 11/2 hours to get my bloodwork done. The reason? Staff were on break or were at lunch. The one phlebotomist available did paperwork at the front. I’m going back to my previous clinic even though it’s further away.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Been to many other clinics never had an issue. Avoid this one.
