Joannamay was experienced in making the blood work with less pain than usual
It’s very close to my home and overall it’s one of the best location to visit for medical tests.
Seems to me like they are doing something funky with the wait times... names no longer on wait list for people who have not been seen or called for 10+ min, making the wait times show lower than they actually are. I don't appreciate that. .
What should have been a single quick blood test took **3 frustrating visits** over a month due to rigid appointment rules, staff losing/not requesting paperwork I had on day 1, and inefficient timing even when they weren't busy. The unhelpful and often rude staff, especially one particular member, made this simple task a needlessly stressful ordeal – avoid this location if you can.
