I had a very good experience at Dynacare. The staff were very polite, respectful, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the visit. Had a good experience at getting bloodwork at this Dynacare. I had made an appointment (for mid-day) but realized last minute that I needed fasting bloodwork so I took my chances with walk-in. I arrived right around 8AM and had several people ahead of me. My wait was about 40min. The staff who completed my bloodwork was very kind and took the time to chat and make me feel comfortable. Appointment was prompt, the premises were clean, and the technician was efficient and courteous.
Don’t come to this location if you don’t want to waste your time . .. Long wait for hours m even on Mondays .. it was only 10 people before me on wait but they are so slow at work it took 3 hours .. . Very Bad service.
This DynaCare bank street location is very busy. This is 1 of the few DaynaCare Ottawa locations that allows people to book appointment in advance as well as accepting walk-ins. If you are walk-ins, dont't go to this one as they are prioritize booked appointment, which means the walk-ins wait is long. The staffs are OK, and they work hard. They are doing receptions as well as taking samples for the patients. The landlord (Metcalfe Realty) owns this medical building is greedy for parking fee. $4/20mins or $14/day.
