Trying to get in touch since 5 days they don't answer calls
The staff here is often very rude and short. Coming to get bloodwork done can already be anxiety inducing - its important for healthcare environments to be more welcoming. Two weeks in a row, the nurses were angry and full of attitude, and I felt very uncomfortable with these people being responsible for poking me and taking my blood. I wish I had gotten names but all in all if you are not a kind or friendly person perhaps you shouldn’t work in healthcare. Been here several times for blood work. Never had an issue till my last visit. Joannamay ( not sure of her ethnicity, but I think from somewhere in Asia) - took my blood. She does not know how to find a vein in the center of the elbow. Got annoyed when I asked her to use my other arm. Ended up using a small vein on the side where the skin is much more sensitive. It was very painful. Plus she didn't remove the needle properly and I was left with the a bruise at the injection site + lots of leaked blood under the skin. Stay aw... read more
