They are rude; inefficient; unprofessional and made me hurt alot. They are not helpful in arranging for report distribution and now I need to run around.
This has to be one of the worst dynacare locations I have ever experienced. The receptionists were so rude and disrespectful to the elderly individuals coming to get bloodwork done. Have to equate it to elder abuse honestly, just so disgusted. I can’t imagine how I would feel if someone treated my parents or grandparents the way they were treating these poor patients.
