Went there 10 minutes early according to the system, around 11:30 but the place was closed for lunch.
I haven't received my blood work results and it's been a week. They don't answer the calls too
Staff had no clue about their system on how to manage the queue and was rude to anyone trying to ask for how long the wait would be 🤷🏻♂️
I had a very disappointing experience at Dynacare today. I chose this location because it showed a 0-minute wait time for walk-ins, but the experience was far from smooth. The receptionist was extremely rude from the moment I arrived, with no greeting or basic courtesy. She immediately told me I couldn’t get my tests done because she needed to leave and would be late if she started.
