Terrible service, do’n’t go there
Mandarin lady with a heavy accent and glasses was rude as she displayed derisive attitude towards me at the end of our interaction which was completely shocking and unprofessional after I inquired about something. Her people skills definitely needs improvement. Only positive was she was efficient and experienced with blood withdrawal (no pain). Her other younger lady co-worker (possibly Filipino?) was more friendlier with inquiries. Not a busy location, in and out under 10 mins.
If I could rate Dynacare zero stars I would. My blood sample was apparently contaminated and did not meet standards for testing not once, but twice. Their head office doesn't answer their phones and staff are extremely unhelpful. At this point I just want someone to contact me for a refund because at this point I am reporting the charge on my credit card as fraud because that is exactly what they are.
