The online MyTurn system works well, I went at 9.15am and had barely any waiting time - I was in and out in 10 minutes ! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Digital requisitions can be sent to an email address provided on site, which is very useful too. Great experience overall! :-)
Unprofessional staff. The site on my wife's arm from where the blood is drawn is bruised, and so is mine. The lady was passive Aggressive even with handling the medical kit. We are pretty sure the way she drew blood might tamper the results.
Came for a blood test on a Friday afternoon and was taken care of right away. I was able to check the wait times on the website before coming, and it was accurate. Staff were kind and very skilled at what they do! Thanks again!
Tripti was super gentle and empathetic when helping me with my blood test. I hardly felt anything and she constantly checked in on me.
