Firstly, they weren't using the Dynacare waitlist system, and they should've identified that they're walk-in only. So I waited for 40min even though it showed 0min. More importantly, there were 2 people on staff, and only one lady doing the blood, and this lady was super slow and out of it, and when she drew my blood, she wasn't holding the needle steady I've never had more painful blood draw in my life, for only 1 vial. Highly unreliable labs.
Do not believe the short wait times that appear on the dynacare app. They are not using the system properly, which shows 0 wait time and when you arrive there are 15 people waiting in line. They are understaffed with one lab technician working and one receptionist/lab technician.
Front desk aren’t very friendly. Checked in online and my name was on the board for 30 mins saying estimated wait was zero minutes. Ridiculous system. It works in some locations so it just must be this one. I picked this one because it had the shortest wait time but I ended up waiting 40 mins anyway. There’s another down the street so go there instead. Or try Lifelabs.
