It's always busy here, so patience is a virtue
I had a 5☆ on here for the last few years but after dealing with reception today and my leaving in tears I'd give 0 if possible! Although it's to bad for the girl who took my blood she was excellent.
X Ray Chinese technician so rude I was sick that's why doctor recommended for X Ray otherwise not the place to step in wait time 2 n half hrs while she was on lunch and after that very unpleasant experience. If she is so scared with sick people change her profession or learn how to be nice and politely guide.
Not the best experience, got to the lab at around 10:45 in the morning this past Saturday and was turned away, even though they are supposed to close at 12 PM according to their website. Now I have to wait until next week to take my son for his blood work. When I asked why they were closing early I didn’t get a clear answer.
Front desk personnel had rude and hostile attitude.
