Not the best experience, got to the lab at around 10:45 in the morning this past Saturday and was turned away, even though they are supposed to close at 12 PM according to their website. Now I have to wait until next week to take my son for his blood work. When I asked why they were closing early I didn’t get a clear answer.
Front desk personnel had rude and hostile attitude.
It was first come first serve , and it only took an hour and a bit on a Thursday. My issue was the blood drawing experience. It was the most painful needle experience I had, resulting in a horrible bruise. The picture attached is 3 days after the blood withdrawal. I would recommend Life Labs and just book an appointment
Never once had an issue .. would highly recommend
Terrible service! They lost my results, and it was urgent.
