From the front door to the front desk, there is always a person with a smile. They are very kind and always ask and explain to the patient. The nurses who take blood welcome you with a smile. The last time I visited the lab Mrs. Naaz took my blood very easily, I didn't feel anything like the previous time, unfortunately I don't know all the names. But a big thank you to all the Dinacare staff.
They don't answer the phone!
I went here for blood work on a Saturday morning and was in and out in 10 minutes.The lady who took my blood was very nice and I barely felt a thing.I will definitely go back next time I need bloodwork.
To start - I really love the online check-in! I clicked in online before leaving work and was first in line by the time I arrived. I didn’t have long to wait, but even from the waiting room I could hear how kind and patient the staff member Thura was being with all the clients. My own blood draw was efficient and painless and Thura was very friendly. It was a chore I’d been putting off - but the team made it a very easy visit!
During the past year I've had to visit many times for blood work and they're professional and at the same time make you feel good. All warmth and smiles
