Best lab Friendly and kind staff, fast service
Absolutely horrible. My doctor is not getting the results back from them. I have done my blood work almost a month ago, trying to call them, they don't answer their phones. Calling their customer service, they keep you on hold 30+ minutes and said they faxed it and my doctor never received anything. Doctor has been receiving faxes from everywhere else but them. No issues with lifelabs or anyone else. They are not reachable and asking me to pay 12 bucks to get the results now. Never going back here again.
Normally, I have issues with my tiny veins, but the medic technician, her name is Lumila, was exceptionally good. She was friendly, remained calm, precise and highly professional throughout. I needed a 2hr Oral Glucose Tolerance Test - where it was explained to me thoroughly what needed to be done, and the do's & don'ts while waiting. My blood was drawn twice, left and right arms, on both instances it was seamless - like magic.
