Good luck trying to get them to pick up their phone at any time of the day. I’ve seen them not pick it up even when there’s no one waiting there and they’re just sitting at the desk. Update to their reply: they not only didn’t fill out my form properly, didn’t give me a pin to access my results online even though I asked, don’t pick up their phone EVER. And now the gaslight response. Dynacare emailed me to ask every single question that should’ve been filled out.

The staff were great. Proficient, kind and clearly good at de-escalating people who have been waiting a long time. I got there at 7:30am on a Saturday and there was already a line of 10-12 people waiting for the lab to open, most of us were walk in patients. Dynacare's fax and email options are abysmal. I emailed them four times and the receptionist still couldn't find it in the portal. They also didn't receive the fax. I definitely recommend bringing a printed copy to save yourself the hassle.
