I was very fortunate this morning, 10 people already lined up waiting for the lab to open its doors at 8 a.m. They were quite quick in attending to us. The lab technician (Natalya?) was the most skillful in inserting the needle to draw blood, I haven't had such painless poke in the past few years!

Really great service at this location. I joined the virtual queue got a text when it was about time for my appointment and showed up promptly. I recommend using the virtual queue to avoid waiting. Lovely staff thank you so much for your kind help.
I have been coming to this Dynacare location form long time, and in the past, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and very familiar with regular patients—even when we came after a long time, they recognized us and made us feel welcome. Recently, the staff seems to have changed and the number of staff has been reduced, which has resulted in much longer wait times. I really hope Dynacare can look into this and bring back the level of service and staffing that made this location so good before.
Annalie was very kind, helpful, and professional. She made my experience at the healthcare centre comfortable and pleasant.
