Management, please could you review the technique used by the phlemotomists? There is one lady (she said she was from thailand) and her technique is SO painful. Most of the time I've had a good experience with my numerous blood tests but this lady does a VERY QUICK JAB/STAB of the needle into the vain while others meticulously slip it in. She thinks she is forcing the needle into a piece of metal or something. I haven't been afraid to come to your lab until now.
Ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes for absolutely nothing outside in my car because they were trying to contact me at the wrong number, despite having confirmed the correct number. No apology for a mistake made on their end. Ridiculous and the poorest level of customer service.
