The staff were so kind my son needed blood work. He is six years old and he was very nervous and they treated him so nice. Nidia is as lovely

Excellent experience at Dynacare on Copper Creek Drive in Markham. Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The clinic was clean and organized, and the wait time was shorter than expected. Blood work was done smoothly and comfortably. Very convenient location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend!
Management, please could you review the technique used by the phlemotomists? There is one lady (she said she was from thailand) and her technique is SO painful. Most of the time I've had a good experience with my numerous blood tests but this lady does a VERY QUICK JAB/STAB of the needle into the vain while others meticulously slip it in. She thinks she is forcing the needle into a piece of metal or something. I haven't been afraid to come to your lab until now.
