Even after submitting the requisition online and even checking in online the system wasn't updated when I arrived. I had to send the requisitions via email again and after that their printer wasnt working. Its better you carry a hard copy of documents.
Friendly staff. Visited this location multiple times, the online checkin is very helpful and accurate to help reduce wait times. Never had to wait for too long. Always had a good experiences with the nurses here, they are very skilled, blood draw always minimal pain and never had issues with bruising afterwards.
I know this place many years. Very friendly, professional and helpful team. Only positive thoughts from my side Great work folks and please continue doing the same
We checked in 37mins prior to coming in online. When we arrived we mentioned we checked in online. We were asked to wait, after an hour passed we asked and they claimed others were infront. Another person came in saying they checked in 35 mins prior on the app, they were able to walk in within minutes. Others were also waiting… Very bad policies. They need to stick to one rule for all…
A very pleasant woman in a hijab helped me today she was very gentle and made it easy for me.
