Veey poor service. Only 1 staff member to handle the blood work for 50 people waiting and 2 people at the front to book/enter visit info so no money is missed. Value other people's time and money as many have to go to work.
This location is nice and clean. Everyone is friendly. Maria took the blood test for me. She did a great job, I didn’t feel any pain during the test. And I don’t get any bruise.
Two days ago I came to this lab and they took my paperwork. They told me I couldn’t do the 2-hour test because it was already 2:05 PM and they close at 4 PM, so I should come back later. Today I came back, and they told me I also needed another test that had to be done before 8 AM. When I asked why they didn’t inform me about this the first time, they said it’s not their responsibility but my doctor’s. I find this very unhelpful and inconvenient for patients.
Went here on a weekday afternoon and didn’t have to wait at all, which was a nice surprise. Everything was super smooth and organized. I had to do a blood test, and it was just one quick poke just a little pain. The staff were really friendly too. They always say thank you. It made the whole experience feel a lot more relaxed.
Staffs are nice and skillful, but wait time is too long. It said wait time is 35 mins, but waited for an hour. After they took you to the partitions, I still waited for another 10 mins. They need more staffs. If the wait time was way longer than it said, you should let people know that so they can rearrange other appointments afterward or choose to come back later.
