Today, May 28, 2025, at around 10:30am, me and my husband took my parents-in-law to Dynacare lab at this Castlemore location for blood works and ECG. Clean and bright lab with efficient staff made us the waiting time short. Ms. Cynthia, the technician, was the one who took care of my mother-in-law. She first sent her to a spacious room and asked her to lie down on bed for ECG. She gave us lots of time to got out of the wheelchair and undress. She then carefully helped her to do ECG. This is my number one choice for bloodwork. Everyone at this clinic is professional and compassionate, wait times are only high in the am. Maria is especially amazing. She eases my discomfort (I am scared of needles) and makes the process nearly painless. Her kindness and professionalism has helped me overcome my fear!
I have been testing blood in this laboratory for many years. These employees are both Asian and white. They have a very happy working attitude. The blood test is not painful at all. Today's exception is very painful. Maybe they are in a hurry to take a break.
This location is fantastic as you can join the queue online and check the waitlist. Maria was my phlebotomist and she was very kind, caring, and fast.
