If I could give 0 stars I would. I checked in at home and was given a 37 minute wait so I went right over. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was uploaded - strange because I received a wait time. I submitted my paperwork and was told I had a 45 minute wait. I went into Walmart and czme back about 1/2 an hour later. I had 24 minutes to wait according to their board. The next time I looked it was a 57 minute wait. Needless to say, I left and will never return to that clinic.
I always feel like a V.I.P! I will always choose this location to do my bloodwork. The staff are always so nice and professional. Most of the time I’m usually in and out, but they can get very busy at times. The staff do a very good job when it is very busy, and before you know it you’re saying goodbye on your way out. This location being conveniently located inside a Walmart, makes it easy to pass some time if the clinic is busy. Sometimes I just do a little grocery shopping first when it’s busy in the clinic. Really very unprofessional staff. They don’t wanna work properly and they talk very rudely. I had to cancel at last because I was already waiting for 2 hours and they told me to wait more when asked they said check the screen or we can cancel u and they put me as a no show.
Fantastic service! All the workers were efficient and professional. They handled everything with care and were extremely patient. I had Marilou and she was very nice and kind. She did not rush me and took the time to explain everything to me. 10/10!
Extremely disappointed, racist staff, giving priority to others waited for so long. Just because my mother did not had health card, allowed others to come first. Gave excuse as her name was duplicated which is very a dumb and invalid excuse. Everyone should watch their names on the screen as they give priority to other people, m not talking abt seniors here
