I would like to sincerely thank the nurse Nargis who drew my blood today. She was extremely professional, confident, and efficient. I have very difficult veins, which often makes the procedure challenging, but she located the vein immediately and completed everything quickly and smoothly. I truly appreciated her skill and calm approach. It made the experience much more comfortable for me. Thank you for such excellent care.
