I like this place before but now the wait times are sooooo long. Usually more than 1.5 hrs on a weekend morning. The only reason I go here is because it's inside Wal-Mart.
Today I visited for my blood test. As usual they are very friendly and doing their best. Ms. Marilou is very friendly staff & doing best.
Absolutely useless and unprofessional staff at this Dynacare location.I came here for a simple blood test and got treated like I don’t exist. I got a text saying the wait was 40 minutes, but I ended up sitting there for over an hour. And instead of calling people in proper order, they ignored the system and started calling people who showed up after me just because they had paper forms. Sep 18, 2025 I had the pleasure of meeting Lashawna & Marilou at Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre (8300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge). Both were very friendly and professional, making my visit a positive experience. I’m someone who doesn’t have veins that are easy to find, but they worked together as a team and collected my blood with care and skill. In the past they’ve been really good. However today September 18 2025. They have had me wait over 90 minutes despite getting their first before other people. Like random people can just walk in and skip the line. It makes no sense. Zero customer service. Zero explanation.
