Le personnel était très agréable et professionnel monsieur Zackary Munro m’a pris en charge lors de ma visite je n’ai presque rien senti lors de la prise de sang tellement il maîtrisait bien son travail, j’ai attendu même pas deux minutes avant d’être pris en charge et ils ont répondu à toutes mes questions de la manière la plus polie et courtoise je recommande vivement ce centre pour vos analyses médicales
In October 22, I went this lab for first trimester genetic testing. We have not received the results. Upon following up with the staff, my doctor was never informed that they made a mistake or had lost my sample. This week my doctor called the Toronto lab and they said they had not received the sample under my name. Due to our family history of Down syndrome, it is too late to repeat that test and we are concerned about our baby.I will take legal action in this matter.
