Excellent service from the branch employees.
The clinic is clean and well-maintained, but the service was disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized, and the person who drew my blood moved the needle while it was still in my arm, which caused pain. I moved slightly because of that, and she blamed me for it. She also said that next time I should go to a different collection room because the one she placed me in didn’t give her enough space to work — even though I had no choice in the matter. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
I like the efficiency of this service. The staff is thorough, meticulous and kind. The slowest time(shortest wait time) to go is after 9am. 5 minutes after you register, your name and wait time appears on the screen.
I really had a bad experience that they missed to send my blood test result to Doctor. We were not even realized until the appointment date. When I went and asked for blood sample date and status, the staff were not helpful and they were rude.
Terrible. The lady didn’t know what she was doing, gave me incorrect information and then the lab called FIVE days later to ask me questions that should have been asked when my blood was taken. It put processing behind schedule and now it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. Do not use this lab. Completely incompetent.
