Went in to dynacare to get NIPT done, as we are considered a high risk pregnancy. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything from our doctor, they let us know that they haven’t received anything yet. After speaking with Dynacare customer care, they let us know that they also never received my samples as well. No help afterwards, just an, “oopsies we took a bunch of blood from you for a test that’s very time sensitive and important in determining the health of our twins and we lost the sample, just come back and give us more blood... read more
Horrible place. I did blood test and lady made all my t shirt bloody still have pain because she putted niddle in wrong place
The lady who took my blood was extremely rude & angry. Very aggressive. Dracula would have performed better !!!!!
