I had a very disappointing experience at Dynacare with my 4-year-old daughter. On the first attempt, the staff was unable to take her blood. I allowed a second attempt, and they called in a senior staff member. Before proceeding, I asked her directly if she was confident she could do the blood test successfully. My experience was wonderful from start to finish, thanks to Tania and the amazing team at Dynacare. I needed a blood test that required 18 vials, so she immediately recommended that I lie down, which made a huge difference. I was very nervous because I hate needles and have small veins, but Tania calmed me down and I barely felt anything. She was very supportive the entire time, and I can’t thank her enough. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Dynacare to anyone in need.
