I should give them 0. I waited for 15 minutes to register and they see I am waiting here with the test request paper, but they just busy with other things and let me wait. When they have time finally and just let me know they are closed. Why they can’t tell me earlier and just let me wait? This is unacceptable in any case!!
I was there a week ago for bloodwork. While I was in the waiting area, a staff member accessed the washroom. I heard a flush and the door opened and out she came. The taps never ran...no handwashing was done. It's not that I listen to folks while they're on the toilet, but the waiting room was packed and I happened to be at the unfortunate chair nearest the washroom door. I’ll give the negative star if I could. We went to have my wife second glucose test for pregnancy. They took her blood test with empty stomach and asked us sit there don’t go away. It’s like last time she had her first test but will take blood test after 1 hour and two hours. They didn’t tell us she cannot drink water after the 75g-sugar drink of glucose test. When they realized she drink water when bring her third time in to take blood, they got mad and said we have to come back to do the test again. This one is not counted... read more
Did my blood test yesterday with Wahid. He could sense I was a bit nervous about needles and made conversation with me during the process to keep me distracted from the pain. He was very professional!
