Didn't have an appt but was in and out in 40 minutes. They are professional and will text you when your spot is next so if you can't wait, you can leave and come back when it's time
Terrible. Phoned three times on my way there as I didn’t have my health card. Got there and both receptionists were sitting doing nothing and not a single soul there. Even though all my information was on my requisition they would not take me. I even told them I could call home and get a picture for them or they could call my doctor. They refused. After a couple of mediocre/'bad experiences with blood clinics this place was a complete revelation. Excellent smooth service with friendly and expert staff. A very well organized and efficient business. Great work guys!
I hate having to give bad reviews. This was my second visit to this lab over the years and sadly I was treated the same both times by the front desk. Like Im bothering them, just for being there. Why work in Healthcare if you dont even care?
