The staff were great but not the cleanliness! The bathroom floor was full of pee and the toilet paper wasn't even in the contraption. Note that this is a smaller location so wait time is longer. I will be going to my usual location in Hamilton. I regret trying out a new spot only for it to be so filthy.
Brant St. Dynacare...NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE..spent 25 minutes trying, being disconnected after about 4 1/2 min. each time...if this place is short staffed fix it.. this should not be happening, or please advise no phone calls will be answered...
Maly did great job , very friendly stuff and fast.
Location is OK for parking but the premises are cramped with only 1 washroom. If you need to do a urine test, be prepaid to wait and wait and wait. Staff appeared overworked and weren't overly friendly. Eventually, my testing was completed, but it seems like this is an older Dynacare location that needs relocation.
