The worst!!! I will advise that you look for lifelabs or alpha labs. I paid almost $12 to get my result online within 24hrs. It’s 3 days after and nothing. They don’t answer calls too. I wish I read reviews before going here. Washroom had pee on the seat. They don’t have fridge for your urine samples, it’s kept beside a door leading outside, not so secure
Check online before going to see how busy it is. nurses are experts at taking blood.
Usually I love this location but they need someone who can answer the phone. I’ve called 7 times through the day. The last time I called before close and someone picked up but just left me on the line then hung up on me. I understand people get busy, but then you need a voicemail system.
