Clean, bright waiting area. Friendly, efficient staff. Painless blood draw. In and out in great time. I signed in before heading to the clinic, which saved me some time in the waiting room.

Tried calling multiple times to inquire if they have the supplies needed to do my testing as the other Dynacare location did not and my phone call was hung up on twice.
It’s amazing how these laboratories put in less and less effort to maintain clean environments. Perhaps not necessarily the employees, but the patrons. But for as few bathrooms as there are in these places, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Sanitation is a must for these places, I mean you’re dealing with the presence of blood-borne illnesses and infections can easily spread when there’s urine all over the place.
