Literally never answer their phone. Don’t even bother calling. I can’t imagine being a senior and/or have mobility issue and have to go down to the lab just ask a question about the services they provide
the lady in the counters need a urgently costumer services (empathy) very rude
I went to this location on a Monday early morning to get some blood work done. The guy doing that took my blood a young east Indian had no idea what he was doing. I have very visible veins never had any issues getting my blood taken. He hurt me a lot just to look for my vein that left a bruise and a bump on my arm. I was upset and I even asked him how many years experience he said 2. I even told him if he has been practicing on animals. Why do we have inexperienced people working in these places.
