Terrible technique to get blood for regular physical.Ididnt get the lady’s name ,but she was thin ,short ,black hair ,dark skin ,very strong Indian or Pakistan accent when talking .She inserted the needle ,I’ve had so many needle procedures from a spinal probe , pain meds injected into my spinal fluid for pain relief ,following a catastrophic accident on 2002.Luckily for me ,needles don’t bother me ,but if she takes blood from a child using this technique ,I fear for the child’s nightmares . Incompetent administration - appointment was pushed back 50 minutes and not communicated before I showed up. Front desk claimed “I don’t know how this happened.” Canada’s inefficient medical system is “paper-pushing” itself off a financial cliff, and not just providing poor service.
Best lab to have blood work done the technicians are very experienced and gentle
