The staff could really use some lessons in manners. Perhaps a reminder that a simple “please” and/or “thank you” would go a long way. It may help for them to read their own sign that says they won’t tolerate disrespectful behavior.
Line up out the door just for blood work no thanks
I recently had my bloodwork done at Dynacare, and I had an excellent experience. The phlebotomist, Latha, demonstrated amazing skill and professionalism. just as she has always done when caring for my father getting his bloodwork. She is consistently gentle, efficient, and reassuring, which truly makes a difference. The entire staff was wonderful, especially Yeni ,sheri, and Kuljit, who were friendly, helpful, and well-organized. Thank you to the whole team for providing such outstanding care. Highly recommended!
