After several frustrating attempts at other labs to get a blood test done for my 4-year-old daughter, we came to this one for the first time and the experience was amazing. Sherri, Zeni, and Sonya were incredibly patient with my daughter from the very beginning and made her feel so comfortable. Although she cried at first, she calmed down halfway through the procedure and left happy, proudly with a cotton-ball bunny made by the lab techs. I highly recommend this place!
Wait should've only been 20 mins. After answering all the questions I was asked to wait, upon being called up I was again asked all the same questions and then told to sit back down and wait, all the while people are being called up around me.
Terrible front desk. Unnecessary delays. Unfriendly.
Great service. Friendly staff . Sania attend my four son . It was great . I really appreciate her for help. She did amazing job.
Terrible organization at this place. Even when you sign up online when you get there for your scheduled time, ADD 45 minutes to an hour. And I've been sitting there when someone they know comes in paperwork and health card in hand and they get in first. This place is ridiculous!!
