I recently had Blood Work done with Kelly. The AC had broken down & it was stifling hot in the office. Despite this the staff were doing everything possible to keep the clients moving through quickly. I can’t say enough about how professional they all were under stressful circumstances.
Packed waiting room, as usual. Over 1h20 wait time according to estimated wait time, but double that time until you are actually seen. Staff do their best, but more need to be hired to meet demands
Far and above better than competition.
