Amazing, accommodating, kind, compassionate. Great. Always find my vein, and always for some reason hurts Less than other places. Theyre just trained so perfectly. Soo good. So good
Very poorly run. I made the mistake of going here instead of LifeLabs. Seems like they are understaffed, so understandably staff is miserable and slow. Waited for 1.5hrs on a Wednesday afternoon. You can sign in online, so I suggest doing that before going.

The staff were slammed upon opening. They had a lineup out the door. I showed up at 7:50am and I was 12th or 15th in line. Some people had their kids or older parents with them. I was out by 8:55am. They handled the line as professionally and as quickly as possible so people could sit while they waited. I found this very thoughtful especially for the older folk in the waiting area. I went to dynacare for the first time because it was going to save me a couple minutes vs driving to lifelabs where I usually go. It did save me a few minutes, but at no point was I made aware that I would have to pay a subscription to see my results online... that was frustrating enough, but I could take the L on that one..... But now that I've paid, and I have my results, I'm flabbergasted at the actual portal. It feels like a kindergarten display and is very unclear and difficult to navigate.
