This place has the worst service of any establishment in Kingston. The staff waste time sitting around joking. When they call someone's name, they spend another 10 minutes either fussing with the computer -- do they not know how to use a mouse? -- or opening every drawer and cabinet searching for supplies. And they don't even call names in order of the wait list. Further, a wait time of 20 minutes turns into an hour!
I get blood work done here every 6 month for 3+ years. It's a 50/50 each time if they are short staffed and it's a 90+ minute wait. When they are regularly staffed, in and out within 30 minutes. The staff itself are fine, but clearly whoever manages scheduling/hiring has some short comings for this to be an ongoing issue.
Was told 51 minutes when I arrived. After waiting 1 hour I was told it would be another 2 1/2 hours before I would have my blood work done. Stay away unless you have all day
Literally have been calling for two days (Friday and Tuesday) and can’t get hold of anybody. If you don’t take calls, why even offer the option.
