Impeccably clean. Easy to follow wait times. Friendly helpful efficient staff 😊
The service itself was very quick — I came right when they opened and was out within 30 minutes. However, I was really disappointed by the attitude of the young blonde woman with glasses at the front desk. She was incredibly rude to several patients checking in. What stood out most was how she spoke to an older gentleman who was hard of hearing — instead of being patient, her tone became increasingly sharp the more he wasn’t understanding her, and after he left, she even made disrespectful comments about him to her coworker.... read more
If I could give ten stars I would! I was at another companies lab location with an appointment and they were over an hour behind! I checked into Dynacare online with an estimated wait time of ten minutes, and then drove from the other lab to this Dynacare location. By the time I arrived, my wait time was zero and I walked right in! There were less than 10 people in the waiting room and the walk-in wait time was only seven minutes!!!
