Need an appointment for what I need done but they never answer the phone.
Cathrine was really friendly and helpful. I barely felt anything when she inserted the needle! Everything went smoothly.
Only 1 person working at a time. Means you might have to wait 5-10 minutes before someone greets you at the window. Since it's an open medical center, it kind of gives the impression it's closed if there's no one there. However, the lady there was very friendly and competent, got me through very quickly
Stood in line 15 minutes no with no receptionist. Whole office felt depressing and hopeless
