Only 1 person working at a time. Means you might have to wait 5-10 minutes before someone greets you at the window. Since it's an open medical center, it kind of gives the impression it's closed if there's no one there. However, the lady there was very friendly and competent, got me through very quickly
Stood in line 15 minutes no with no receptionist. Whole office felt depressing and hopeless
I was greeted right away ,as I got to the window, and the young lady took my information and was very pleasant. I only had to wait a few minutes and she escorted me to the back where she took my blood in a very skilled and efficient manner. She was pleasant and reassuring during the entire procedure . It will be my first choice for any further needs. Thank you.
Decent service, queue can be long. Inconvenient hours: not open late enough in the day for the average working person.
