July 28, I had Dr appt at my PCP , after visit had labs, blood & urine. Used bathroom by exit door put urine cup filled in silver box per instructions. Get a call from my Dr's office why didn't leave a urine sample stated I did!!! Well somehow got "?¿LOST¿?. So had to go back in my daughter had to take long lunch hour from work to bring me in...
