I've called twice in the last week to find out if I have a test report waiting for me before I drive an hour to their location, no response yet.
Left me waiting for over an hour after check in before finally calling me up to ask why I was there. Turns out they lost the request sent by my doctor days prior and it was my responsibility to get it reissued only after I had waited for my turn. Also, despite claiming it is possible to get appointments on their website, good luck finding a time when it isn't throwing random failure messages or showing empty calendars.
Front Desk receptionist is rude. Asked for my address to be updated as I noticed it wrong on my paper and received a bunch of questions. Just do your job and update my address! She wouldn't respond to a question I asked and I had to ask her if she was going respond to my question or just ignore me. This all could have be avoid if you just updated my address! I don't want a bill to show up 6 month later from collections for twice as much of my service and damage to my credit score.
Don't trust their schedule. It says they open 7.30am, but the lab person can come in anytime they want, so dont be surprised if the lab open at 9
