I did my Harmony prenatal test there. I have no complaints about the staff member who drew my blood. She was unable to get blood from my right arm and had to switch to my left arm, but she was very kind, professional, and sincere throughout the process. However, the reason I am giving this clinic one star is the extremely long wait time for the test results. Other clinics I have used typically provide results within four or five days. I have now been waiting for 10 business days, and my online account still shows “Pending.” ... read more
