Unprofessional! My wife had booked an appointment on Clic Santé, and the appointment was confirmed without any issues. She had specifically reserved an early morning slot so she could go before work, but apparently they preferred to stay in bed instead. On the morning of the appointment, while on her way there, she received a notification that the appointment was cancelled, with no explanation.
