The worst blood-drawing experience of my life. It was in a tiny, claustrophobic room that didn’t even feel like a clinic—it felt like a holding cell. On top of that, the person seemed pretty inexperienced. After taking my blood, the cotton ball came off and blood literally sprayed into the air, getting all over my clothes. I almost fainted, and honestly, my fear of getting blood drawn got 500 times worse after that.
Unprofessional! My wife had booked an appointment on Clic Santé, and the appointment was confirmed without any issues. She had specifically reserved an early morning slot so she could go before work, but apparently they preferred to stay in bed instead. On the morning of the appointment, while on her way there, she received a notification that the appointment was cancelled, with no explanation. We called several times and apart from a voicemail, it was impossible to reach anyone or get any kind of explanation. This is very d... read more
