Avoid it on Saturday’s! It seems they hold calling peoples name on purpose to increase the waiting time and once it is noon they close the door and things pick up. During week days they are very well paced and friendly staff. Not sure, but it is the second time I come on Saturday and they are displaying waiting time for each name that does not translate in reality. They display 30 minutes and we are here for 1h and 30 minutes and they are still displaying 30 min. Lack of transparency and politeness from the lady in charge.
