Went in for gel pedi, I came here last year around the same time, and my experience was great. So I decided to go ahead and come back as it's been a while since I had a pedi. Really bad gel manicure done here. When I asked the person doing my nails to fix the polish, she started handling my hands more aggressively and then chatting with her coworker in a language I couldn't understand. Don't deserve to be treated this way when I'm spending money on a luxury service. The polish was streaky and required 5 coats. The polish is not covering the whole nail. The cuticles were not cut well and I could have done a better job at home. Google will not allow me to add photos

went in with my girls hoping for a good spa day cause one of us had already been here and it was good, but when my friend started getting hers done they were putting on the tips crooked and didn’t wanna fix them and wouldn’t cut them to the length she wanted, then quoted her $70 for a set she’s had done twice for $45 each time, then quoted $70 for a plain french tip set with short length. they also started talking in a foreign language and we could tell they were not talking nicely about us because of the timing and body lan... read more
