The technician cut my cuticle and was repeatedly drilling my nails to the point where my nail bed got hot and it became painful. The nail file that was used looked extremely worn and used, obviously being reused on multiple people. I left shortly after she removed my old nail polish because I did not feel confident continuing with the service.
