I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I paid for a manicure and pedicure and left with uneven shaping, bulky/bumpy dip, and cuticles that weren’t properly cleaned or trimmed at all—there are still visible skin strands around my nails (as shown in the photos). My toenails weren’t even fully painted—you can clearly see the sides were missed—and they weren’t filed evenly either. I had the nail tech Johnny, I got gel x and a pedicure. I have unusually wide thumb nail beds (Megan fox thumbs) and he made me a gel nail so it fit correctly. He took his time and my pedicure was also 10/10. I would definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

The technician cut my cuticle and was repeatedly drilling my nails to the point where my nail bed got hot and it became painful. The nail file that was used looked extremely worn and used, obviously being reused on multiple people. I left shortly after she removed my old nail polish because I did not feel confident continuing with the service.
