Tyson checked my system. He said 1 minor repair needed. Fixed it, saved me a bundle as another company said I needed a new system.
Had system checked for strange noise but all is good
My new AC was not cooling so Tyson came out to check it out. He determined the AC units were fine, but the wire connecting the outside unit to the inside air handler was shorting out. He replaced the wire and problem solved! Thanks to Tyson's expert diagnostics, I was up and cooling in no time. I'm very satisfied with Dymond's customer service and professionalism.
