I am incredibly grateful for Chris and Michael! I am an uneducated female in the plumbing world with a backed up sink and was overwhelmed. They arrived quickly and fixed everything!!!! They cared to explain what they were doing. I appreciate their professional demeanor and kindness and will 100% give them a call if I ever have any issues again. If I could give more stars I would :-).
This was an outstanding experience! That is something you cannot often say about a toilet replacemwnt, but our plunbers were on-time neat, polite, and a pleasure to have in our home doing work. When we submitted a request for service, we were given a detailed estimate very quickly. We were also provided with mutiple choices for timing of the repair. We will definitely use Dymek's Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.
This is the 2nd time I've used them. I can't say how thankful I am to have a company I can trust. Now it's the 3rd time. I'll be using them every time I need a plumber. 4th time. It's simple, everyone I've dealt with has been as helpful as could be and they've repaired my problem each time, I've never had to call them back to redo a repair. I can't say enough good about them.
