We had a plumbing emergency (our bathtub/shower drain totally backed up and we couldn't unclog ourselves) over the weekend at our home in Fullerton and needed someone to come clear the drain same-day. I called and was scheduled for an afternoon time slot and informed of the after-hours weekend cost for the service. Dymek’s Freedom Plumbing was referred to us by a retired plumber. We had a slab leak which is not something you can put off. Chris Nease from Dymek’s was out the next day to pinpoint the leak. It was definitely in the slab. Since we didn’t want to dig into our beautiful slate tile floors, Chris recommended a whole house repipe. The plumbers that arrived at my home were Jake and Aaron, these guys were awesome. Well mannered and polite. I explained to Jake my situation he assessed the issue and proceeded to explain what could be the problem. Jake was very detailed and informative about what he and Aaron were going to perform and what steps they were going to take to take care of the issue.
