Horrible experience. I purchased the unit and they were suppose to have it cleaned and fix a few minor issues. They initially said a week and then had to delay the pick up another week. I confirmed prior to going that it was ready and was told everything was done. When I showed up it was not ready I sent another 5-6 hours sitting in the dealership while they scrambled to get the unit ready. 2 weeks after getting it home I was getting ready for my first trip and the slide broke. Minimal RV supplies. Overall good experience. Has service department.
I called about 5 Ford dealers and 4 RV stores. Nobody was willing to help me with a key for my hood on my motorhome. Justin in parts went above and beyond for me and asked me for pictures of my VIN tags and he tracked down the proper keys for me. He also arranged shipping for me since I am over an hour away. I was just about to spend a couple hundred dollars on a locksmith! Thank you again!!!
