Nice small dealership, Great people, knowledgeable and professional, good selection, unfortunately could not pull the trigger on a unit we liked as it was not in the budget right now.
As far as the sales part went I’d give it 4 stars but after we received our camper it’s like they don’t care at all ! The service department has been terrible. The lack of communication and follow through has been terrible. I would give it zero stars if that were a choice. All you get are excuses and no follow through and then some of the work they did isn’t done correctly.
When I first bought my Newmar Baystar in 2019 service was good not great. But now that time has gone on,you make an appointment and they take it in 3 months later.The 2 sets of lights that I had added to RV were done to satisfaction. But my driver seat repair ,all they want to do is change major parts, not take seat out and fix spring (which my neighbor did for me) I thought being a top of the line RV I would see better service.
