Andrew the salesman was a helpful and knowledgeable guy. The finance dept was also very helpful. Service/Delivery needs some improvement. I was scheduled for a walkthrough at 11:00am, at which I was on time with my trade and ready to get my new RV. I didn’t leave until 4:15 pm, missed an entire day of work, and was rushed through the whole delivery process. The 200+ point inspection which was in my invoice, was a joke, the interior cleaning was sub-par, and the tools left inside the coach were the icing on the cake. The slid... read more
