Just went to dylans rv with my mixed bodyguard and friend. We were willing to spend money TODAY. I also would like to add I am heavily tattooed. We were told by the salesman, Andrew Pandolfi, that they didn't have keys to anything and we would need to look online first and proceeded to try and show us rvs on the website. We explained that because my bodyguard/friend is very tall and a big guy, that we would need to physically see for ourselves which would work best. But he still tried to deny showing us. After going through reviews of RV centers I chose Dylan's RV Service to take my Class B with an electrical problem; something we all dread. I spoke to Jesse on the phone and he got me an appointment much sooner than expected. The service Tech's were all professional, efficient and personable. Again, sooner than expected, the nature of my problem was identified and temporarily remedied with a plan to properly correct it at a later date. I was more than satisfied and I highly recommend Dylan's RV Service.
Dylan's had a particular model used Super C that we wanted to purchase. As we are in Florida we were going to be driving 1K miles and wanted to be sure this one was going to meet our needs. Our salesman Andy was great and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The coach is beautiful and the whole process at Dylan's was great, right through to the finance manager. Everyone was super nice and easy to work with. Even our dog enjoyed it, she tested out the dog bed in the showroom. We highly recommend Dylan's RV!
Met Pete today. He understood we just started our journey in looking for a motor home and yet he still went beyond our expectations. Couldn't have been a nicer, more pleasant person to work with!
