Worst experience ever! We left the service shop with more problems than we started with . While we hope the problem we came to them with was fixed ( only time will tell). We left with a broken awning strap and a broken slide out motor. Neither of which we even asked them to look at. Why did they even touch these parts?? I rate them 0!!!!
RV had several issues with it. You have $995 for dealer prep which amounts to a whole lot of nothing IMO. Do they not check basic things like AC? My temporary plates expired before a good full two weeks before they finally go them to me. A very awful experience. My advice is go somewhere else.
Bought a brand new 2021 Berkshire forrest river 40e Sales person Jessica rush me out with out showing me everything work total nightmare ac heater floor heat , nothing works terrible company Dave sales manager told me if I write a bad review he will not fixed my rv what a bastard my rv been in their shop for over 5 month still not fixed wait till now to write review stay away from these criminals took my rv home and took my lost
Did our Newmar research and then visited Dylans for the 1st time in January. Met and worked w/Mark Major and by the end of our visit that same day, we left w/an executed Agreement of Sale on a new Newmar Kountry Star. We took delivery in April, revisited Dylans in June for several punch list items (that were a direct result of COVID restrictions @ the factory), and we are happily on our way! 12/13/2019 I bought a lightly used 2019 Newmar New Aire Model 3343 from Dylans RV Center last week. I had been looking for the coach for two months and they had the one I wanted. I bought the coach over the phone and wired the money in advance, before seeing the coach. The buying process was easy and I felt very comfortable with the representations made by the sales manager.
