We’ve had a great experience in our new home. Kisy has been incredibly hands-on, responsive, and attentive from day one. She worked with us patiently throughout the process, answered questions quickly, and made our move-in smooth and stress-free. I believe they could possibly be scamming people. We Paid our application fee $35 per person.. gave a lot of personal info. They want bank statements everything. Then they never return your call. Once they have all that, I should have trusted my gut.
I absolutely love my apartment! Moving in was such a smooth, stress free experience from start to finish. The manager Kisy is wonderful super friendly and always willing to help. The whole community feels clean, safe, and welcoming. I’m really happy I chose Dylan Square as my new home
