Buildings have roaches they finally fixed the laundry room but you have to pay for it. Expect to be lied to if you submit maintenance request and when they finally get around to fixing things expect them to leave a massive mess.

It's not terrible but not amazing. Some buildings have roaches and the communal laundry doesn't work. Area is relatively quiet aside from some noisy kids.
Need ground clean up.
Nice complex and safe to live , nice staff
