Michael got back to me within minutes! He scheduled my carpet cleaning quickly and explained everything that would be done. I feel very lucky to have found Dylan & Sons Carpet Service. It’s a family-run business, and I really liked being able to speak directly with the owner about carpet cleaning options and prices. Outstanding carpet cleaning service. I got a text letting me know the arrival time. Sebastian came in, checked out the areas I was concerned about, and asked questions about spots that needed more care. He got right to work. At the end, I asked if he could also clean a large throw rug, and Sebastian happily took care of it with no problem. My carpets look spotless, the service was quick and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Flower Mound needing carpet or upholstery cleaning.
