Excellent carpet cleaning service at a fair price. Michael arrived on time, was courteous, and explained the whole cleaning process clearly. Phone communication was very helpful, and I was kept updated the entire time, including a change to an earlier appointment that worked out great. We had a water issue at a rental and called for carpet cleaning and water damage help. isaiah answered right away and arrived a few hours later, while other companies were booked out much longer. I had only scheduled a carpet cleaning, but when he got there he explained that the wet pad under the carpet needed to be removed first so the carpet and subfloor could dry the right way. Dylan & Sons Carpet Service cleaned the carpets all through our home, and Isaiah and Sebastian did an excellent job. They called right away to schedule the appointment and fit us into the time window I asked for even with a full schedule. They showed up on time, wore shoe covers, laid down protective tarps, and started the carpet cleaning work right away. We had Sebastian come to our home twice, first for carpet cleaning and later for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. On both visits, he was friendly, professional, and took time to explain each step of the cleaning process. He worked hard and did an excellent job.
