Dylan is a boutique experienced professional who trained under one of the top stylists in Europe. It's ridiculous we get this kind of skill in a haircut under $150. Be nice.
Zero communication. The barber has language barriers. And he forced you to tip 25% for his poor service. I refused to pay tips immediately and told him I won't come back.
