Cannot recommend Dylan enough! We just closed on our NYC condo and honestly couldn't have done it without him. As out-of-towners buying in NYC, we had a million questions and zero clue what we were doing — Dylan was incredibly patient and knowledgeable through every step. The condo came with its share of challenges that could've easily killed the deal, but he stayed on top of everything and always had our best interest at heart. If you're buying in the city, just hire him.
