We called because we were going to be late for my 4 year olds first visit and called letting them know. When we got there the we were 2 minutes over their late threshold. The receptionist was dismissive and was not willing to find a way to fit us in. I asked to speak with Dr. Foss and was treated with similar disrespect. I have never encountered such rude and dispassionate people.
