HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!! IRET (the new company) is the worst property management company I’ve ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and choose another building with less predatory practices. What a nightmare.
The management company has a tendency to mess up your final payments. Be sure to keep good records of all of the bills you receive. Their software will not accurately account for changes in rent and billing. They will also mess up your final billing, so keep extra money aside for that just in case scenario. Happened to me.
I love the location! The pedestrian friendly neighborhood is perfect for social activities and meeting friends.
Very excited to move in! I love the building and it's in a great area
