Not surprised to see that within the last year or two there are nothing but negative reviews. If you're looking to move here, be wary of the offices/management's money gauging tactics. On several occasions, do they try to take advantage of their residents for when it comes to living here. So many different fees and high charges. Prime example is when my girlfriend and I have moved out to an upgraded apartment in the same complex. Looking for an apartment and had a great tour and great breakdown of financials as well as friendly and helpful staff. Amazing community and great views. Definitely recommend to anybody moving to the Denver area. Marcus Alvarado the assistant manager was awesome!
Never had worse management. Their job is to accommodate and provide excellent customer service. Rarely did I feel that management was on my side. On two separate occasions, my packages including $150+ goods were stolen from the package room. Management did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue or take any sort of responsibility. The management company is hard to deal with regarding moving out and final payments. Keep very accurate records of what you've done and take pictures.
This place is the worst and they treat people horribly.
People are murdered out in front, doors are broken, the management company doesn’t keep track of your payments and rats in the mailroom. Stay away from this building. Its hemorrhaging money and cant keep tenants.
