avoid like the plague if you have adhd
I rescheduled an appointment with them and was given another time later on, I could reschedule to. Later on to find out the receptionist is refusing to see me for a, “ no show”. When I have proof I cancelled prior to appointment. Totally corrupt place, would not recommend to anyone. Very unfriendly staff as well.
I'm not sure why the reviews are low but Dr. Lindsay is a great psychiatrist. She follows up pretty well and she responds within a good time frame. I've been seeing her for a couple of months now & she's an awesome Dr. I hope we find the right med. together.
I love her a lot, we figured out exactly what I needed quickly. I had been told i had depression several times and was put on SSRI's and it never helped. But thanks to my therapist and Dykema, I was able to discover I had been bipolar all along. I started new medication and my life has improved significantly. I see Dykema every few months to check in and we have really nice chats, It's a shame seeing so many low ratings, I can't imagine seeing anybody else.
