Where to start? Listened and worked with us to create our major remodel/ dream home. Knows his way around city hall and got our permitting done quickly as well as advocating for us to keep our gas instead of caving to them demanding all electric. All his subs were courteous of our neighborhood and did timely, top grade work. The house truly came out like a dream house.The icing on the cake? We can’t recommend Jim enough! We did a complete remodel on our home and used Dyjak Design & Build for everything. It was a big project and it ran very smooth and efficient from start to finish.
