I had an appointment with Sarah for 1:00. I received a text message at 11:45 telling me she was running 1/2 hour behind. So, I arrived at the salon at 1:30 and then had to wait another 15 minutes before she was available. When I told her I was pressed for time because of her 45 minute delay she became very rude! She consistently runs late and quite honestly the job she does on my hair isn't worth the wait.
