Matt was very knowledgeable. Turned out to be a small problem.
Used for plumbing a new garbage disposal. Randy was awesome! He was very professional and efficient. He got done early at another appointment, but respected the fact that I wasn't quite ready and was on time. As a bonus, he even check the power situation with my dishwasher at no charge. Overall great experience. Will use them in the future. Thanks yall!
Just had a great service call with Xavier with Dyess plumbing. He was able to diagnose the clog issue between two bathrooms and the main line. He was quick to get it cleared and make sure that was the complete solution. Glad we called Dyess. They are our HVAC company as well.
We were interested in options for heating and cooling an upstairs bedroom and bath. Wes explained all options very clearly and thoroughly. He answered all of our questions.
