Went in and told them exactly what type of hair I needed. Even showed a picture. The person who helped couldn’t find the hair so she asked the manager. He recommended something else and said it was the same thing just a different brand. Next morning I got to my hair appointment and it found out it was a whole different type of hair that I was sold.
