I wouldn't come to a practice where they don't respect patients and racial prejudice . Nurse Connie had called my adopted African-American son the n-word and assumed that he had a history of drug and alcohol abuse.
I truly question the certification any of the staff have here. First, my 15 year daughter came here for her physical after Rochelle leaving several voicemails on my phone. When we get there it took them 45 minutes with no other patients there to allow her to come to the exam room. Then, when it came time to do her physical, she told her she needed to look at her vagina. My daughter had told her, "I'm not comfortable with that and am currently on my cycle". I'd just like to say thanks for all of those people who made an attempt to defend Brooke. Honestly, I couldn't laugh harder knowing just because other people who know her and leave good reviews about her is going to change anything she said to my wife and other patients. Both her and Crystal's actions have been stated, documented , and made public.Face it people, the truth is the truth. I have been coming here (& Mt. Airy location) for years after searching for a decent primary doctor. Every single person I have dealt with has been pleasant & professional. A couple of the nurse practitioners left over the years & I was so worried about getting someone new. Crystal saw me last time I was there & she was wonderful, I have no complaints at all. I have horrible anxiety about doctors & exams but I always feel comfortable here & well taken care of. Not sure why anyone would speak poorly of this office.
I 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I came here for my annual physical exam and like any other physical the nurse has to ask about your sexual health. Crystal Weise told me, "Its really important that you're honest with me about your sex life. When I was your age a lot of girls lost their virginity.
