Just took over our apartment building and already raised our rent and haven't fixed anything in years here and there trying to figure out how we can pay more so they can profit more..Left us without hot water for 6 days,turns it on and now is trying to make a profit of our hot water also..These companies are getting gready and will not work with there tenants..Its there way or we can move out basically..Jeff even threatened my wife with eviction if we dont go along with there play..Its sickening..

Notably, all of the posted reviews are from property managers, not tenants. Also one from the owner of the company which is just… come on. However, I was a tenant in one of their managed properties. Most of my experience was fine except for a few missed maintenance requests, all minor. Jeff and Tom have been a pleasure to work with managing several properties in WC Borough. They do an amazing job with tenant relations, rent collection and any repairs that may come up. With out them being involved with the property management I would not be able to juggle my full-time job, family and everything else that life throws my way. If you do not want your rental properties running your life call Jeff and Tom immediately. True industry professionals.
