I would give a zero if I could. These people are the worse. They will have u drive an hour for an appointment, u keep them posted the entire time, they will wait till ur 7 miles away n cancel. Also the application fee is entirely too high. These people are completely rip offs and liars. Don’t believe nothing they say

Dyer Nixon was amazing I cant say how but incredible we were in an emergency situation and yhe found us a house amazing job the owner could have said no but he said yes. NOW THATS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS BY GIVING PEOPLE S CHANCE

This is the property management company you want handling your property. They genuinely treat it like their own; staying on top of maintenance, tenants, and everything in between. Professional, dependable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We are current tenants of Dyer Nixon, and we highly recommend them! We have always had great communication from them, they are quick to fix any issues in a timely manner, they are fair and understanding. Snow removal is on point, the lawn where we live at the building is taken care of. So definitely consider them if you’re in need of a reliable landlord!
