Notably, all of the posted reviews are from property managers, not tenants. Also one from the owner of the company which is just… come on. However, I was a tenant in one of their managed properties. Most of my experience was fine except for a few missed maintenance requests, all minor. Jeff and Tom have been a pleasure to work with managing several properties in WC Borough. They do an amazing job with tenant relations, rent collection and any repairs that may come up. With out them being involved with the property management I would not be able to juggle my full-time job, family and everything else that life throws my way. If you do not want your rental properties running your life call Jeff and Tom immediately. True industry professionals.

This is my first rental property and let me tell you...... I couldn't have asked for a better property manager than Jeff and his Dyer Nixon Team. I live 5 hours from the house they manage, and I don't have a worry in the world! Highly recommend them for your management needs!
